Refund Policy

Returns

Any product that has not been opened may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of shipping. We are unable to accept any returns or offer any refunds on opened or used skincare or cosmetics.

Contact info@nursecandie.com for your return code. Please include your order number and reason for return. If return is sent without return code 15% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Item will be inspected once returned and if unopen refunds will be applied to the original payment type minus shipping charges.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

Returns must be  shipped at buyers expense to Nurse Candie, 7600 Stenton Ave, Suite 1K-B ,Philadelphia,PA 19118.

We are unable to accept any returns or offer any refunds on opened or used skincare or cosmetics.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nursecandie.com , if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
